Cutrer Labs is open, and this site is its front door.

Cutrer Labs builds intelligence products from public data. The pattern is the same each time: pick one market, gather the public records that describe it, put those records in order, and publish the result as something people can use every week. Maps, dashboards, searchable tables, a calendar, a digest.

The first product

The TX-AI-DC Intel Hub tracks AI data center development across Texas. It is already in production. It covers construction status, planned power, grid interconnection, investment, land, and the companies behind each project. There is a separate announcement for it on this blog.

What this site is for

Every Cutrer Labs product launches from here. The Projects page lists what is live. This blog carries announcements and notes as products change. If you want to follow along without checking back, the RSS feed and @cutrerlabs on X carry the same updates.
