Introducing the TX-AI-DC Intel Hub

The TX-AI-DC Intel Hub is the first Cutrer Labs product, and it is live at datacenters.cutrerlabs.com.

It tracks AI data center development across Texas: which projects exist, where they are, what phase they are in, how much power they plan to draw, how they intend to connect to the grid, what has been invested, and which companies are behind each one.

What it covers

As of this writing the Hub tracks 118 projects with 90 GW of disclosed planned power, 54 of them actively building, with 605 logged intelligence events. Those numbers move as filings, permits and announcements land.

Texas is the only state covered, on purpose. One state covered completely is more useful than the whole country covered thinly.

What is in it

• An interactive map of every mapped site. Circle size is planned power, colour is development phase or grid strategy.
• Dashboards for capacity, investment and development phase, plus a stacked view of planned campus power.
• A searchable table of projects and companies.
• A relationship network showing how tracked companies connect through the deals they have signed.
• A calendar of upcoming construction starts, completions, filing deadlines and deal closes.
• County breakdowns, ranked by disclosed capacity.
• An intelligence feed of dated, sourced events, filterable by project, company and county.
• The Load Zone, a weekly digest by email.

Free and Pro

The home page, map, county pages and intelligence feed are free. The data table and the network open after you confirm an email address. A Pro subscription adds the complete event archive, full project records, every report in full, watchlists and saved searches, and the Texas AI Datacenter Map.
